FAQ
Our initial franchise fee is $35,000 per restaurant. Our continuing royalty fee is 5% of gross sales and our marketing (advertising) fee is 2% of gross sales.

The ideal size of a Sergio’s Cuban is 2,200–2,600 square feet, plus an outdoor patio. Depending on the location, we will consider as low as 1,800 square feet.

Our FDD lists a cost range of $510,500 - $736,000 to open a Sergio’s Cuban.

We franchise to experienced Operators that will be involved in the day-to-day operations. They must have significant equity for us to consider in the franchise

You and your partners must have a minimum liquidity of about $500k (i.e. cash reserves) per restaurant to be developed.

Applicants must meet the below qualification criteria to gain consideration for a Sergio’s Cuban Franchise:

  • Experience as a multi-unit restaurant operator
  • Well-capitalized to meet an aggressive development plan
  • Infrastructure and resources to meet the area development schedule
  • Real Estate experience in the market to be developed
  • Total commitment to the development of the Sergio’s Cuban brand
  • Cultural fit and a passion for the Sergio’s Cuban brand
